At SolideaStore, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

  • Cosmetics and personal care items are non-refundable due to hygiene concerns, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund after verifying the issue.

How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us via email (sales@solideastore.shop) or WhatsApp (+92-333-6499777) with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and used products cannot be refunded.

واپسی اور ریفنڈ

آپ 7 دن کے اندر ریفنڈ یا ایکسچینج کی درخواست کر سکتے ہیں۔

مصنوعات استعمال نہ شدہ، اصل حالت اور پیکنگ میں ہونی چاہئیں، اور تمام ٹیگز لگے ہونے چاہئیں۔

خراب یا غلط پروڈکٹس

اگر آپ کو کوئی خراب، ناقص یا غلط آئٹم موصول ہو، تو براہ کرم ڈیلیوری کے 48 گھنٹوں کے اندر ہم سے رابطہ کریں اور پروڈکٹ اور پیکنگ کی تصاویر بھیجیں۔
